Cancellations
Cancellation & Booking Policy
At B.U Salon & Spa, we do our best to accommodate you. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, as a courtesy to other clients who may need an appointment please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
We reserve your appointment slot exclusively for you. As such, our deposit terms & conditions are as follows:
Services that are 2 hours or longer require a non-refundable deposit of $100 to be put towards the total cost at checkout. ($200 non-refundable deposit for colour corrections & hair extension appointments). Upon payment of deposit you, the client, accept these terms.

Deposits are due at least 72 hours in advance and non-refundable. Should a client no-show or give less than 48 hours notice to reschedule, this deposit is forfeited. For a rescheduling made more than 48 hours in advance, this deposit is transferred to the new booked appointment time.

Deposits can be made in person, by Interac e-Transfer, or by credit card via emailed invoice link. We will provide details once appointment is booked.

Late Arrivals
Inform Us in Advance
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call us at 403.274.8080 and let us know. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled as a courtesy to the next client booked ahead of yours. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
